Using CurrentFlow

Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using the CurrentFlow website, macOS app, and related authorization services.

Effective July 17, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Kenshu Dieguez, the operator of CurrentFlow. By accessing or using CurrentFlow, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use CurrentFlow.

2. Current availability

CurrentFlow is currently presented as a coming-soon product. Preview, beta, or prerelease versions may be incomplete, change without notice, or become temporarily unavailable. Public availability will be announced on currentflow.org.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use CurrentFlow for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

4. License and permitted use

Subject to these terms, CurrentFlow grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application for its intended scheduling purpose. This does not transfer ownership of CurrentFlow or its content to you.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and maintain control of your devices and connected accounts.
  • Review generated Work Sessions before relying on them.
  • Maintain any backups you consider necessary for your Notion workspace.
  • Follow the terms and policies of Notion, Google, Apple, and other connected services.
  • Use CurrentFlow only in compliance with applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use CurrentFlow to violate law or another person's rights.
  • Attempt to bypass security, authorization, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Interfere with the service or introduce malicious code.
  • Use automated traffic that unreasonably burdens the service.
  • Misrepresent your identity or authorization to access a workspace or calendar.

7. Connected services

CurrentFlow interoperates with third-party services including Notion, Google Calendar, Apple platform services, and Cloudflare. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical decisions. CurrentFlow is not responsible for third-party changes, outages, account restrictions, or data handling.

8. Schedule outputs

CurrentFlow provides planning assistance, not a guarantee that work can be completed by a particular time. Generated sessions depend on the estimates, deadlines, availability, settings, and third-party data available to the app. You remain responsible for reviewing and acting on your schedule.

9. Ownership

CurrentFlow, its software, visual design, branding, documentation, and website content are owned by Kenshu Dieguez or applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You retain ownership of your Notion and Google Calendar content.

10. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or operation of the service. You may stop using CurrentFlow and disconnect linked services at any time.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CurrentFlow is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenshu Dieguez will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or productivity arising from CurrentFlow. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remains unaffected.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in Virginia will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

14. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent. These terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement about your use of CurrentFlow.
